Gross negligence: A police officer has been
jailed for blowing up a suspect's testicles with a stun grenade like
this one when the victim refused to leave his car
Swedish police used stun grenades to subdue a mother who refused to hand over her five-month-old son.
The
30-year-old woman had armed herself with a knife when police entered
her flat in Helsingborg, southern Sweden to aid social services with
taking the child into care.
She
locked herself in a room with the baby boy and, after several hours of
negotiation police judged her a threat to the child and called for
backup. The incident took place earlier this
month when social services in Helsingborg requested police presence when removing the child from the woman’s care. The five-month-old boy is the third child to be taken from the woman, who has been in and out of employment for several years. When
social services ruled that her baby should also be taken into care she
made serious threats to staff and refused to cooperate, and as a result,
police were called in to help remove the child from her. The
initial police force had kicked a hole through the door to communicate
with the distressed mother, but she refused to let go of her son. When a squad team arrived at the scene, they decided to use stun grenades to subdue the woman. The grenades, also known as flash grenades, go off at up to 180 decibels temporarily paralysing the person they are fired at. The child was hospitalised and the woman was taken to a psychiatric clinic. Her legal representative claims police used unnecessary force.
'It
is very strange that police use stun grenades on a petite woman who
just tried to defend her child. 'She judged the actions of the police to
be unfair and feels she was facing an impossible power,’ lawyer Charlotte
Lagersten told Dagens Nyheter.
When her two older children were taken
from her, a psychiatrist noted that they both ‘seemed safe and well
cared for’ and had a ‘warm and caring relationship’ with their mother.

When it was ruled that
her new-born should also be removed from her care, a psychologist who
met with them wrote that the boy showed ‘an attachment to his mother
which is rare to see today.’ ‘I am extremely critical to how the woman and her children have been treated,’ Ms Lagersten adds. ‘Social
Services have chosen not to divulge any of the investigation or papers
which have proven the woman’s ability to care for her children. ‘They
have also completely disregarded the fact that the children at the time
of going into care were physicially and mentally well. ‘In short, there are no legal grounds for taking them into care.’ The
woman, who left psychiatric care on Thursda, has previously applied to
have her other two children returned from foster care, but she has not
been allowed to see them for 18 months.

Munkfors
Sweden July 12, 2013, while we are on vacation the social services
storm our house followed by a group of eight policemen. Privacy does not
seem to exist when the whole house is thoroughly searched without a
search warrant or any grounds and we are treated like criminals. Poems
of my 19 year old daughter who works as a writer are confiscated, her
closets are searched and a sex toy is found in a draw which they respond
very rude and abnormal on as if we are in the Middle Ages.
It is
said that the house is not equipped with electricity, water and toilet
facilities which however is based on gossip and lies of racist
villagers. The witch hunt on our family was apparently started by the
neighbors Varmlandstrafik company ( a company that arranges bus services
for the town ) who have been interested in buying our villa. When this
failed
and a conflict arose between my husband and an employee about our
parking lot. The bomb burst at Varmlandstrafik and they made a plan for
our summer vacation to proceed very differently. Although we were able
to show everything and we could proof that they were wrong, the file
remained unchanged. The social workers take our children and calm us
down with the thought that this will be solved after the weekend and
that we would get them back.
My four minor children ages 7,10,13
and 16 are taken and for my 19 year old adult daughter the social
workers make a very different plan. She gets suddenly accused of
prostitution and that too without any evidence . My children are
forcibly taken to the hospital where they have to undergo medical tests.
My two youngest children are then taken to a foster home, my two older
children to an orphanage and my adult daughter to a closed institution .
Even
the Swedish media only publishes the story of the
social services and keeps our words unpublished. Television media who
were first interested and even interviewed us on location called off at
the last minute that the item about the truth could not broadcast since
according to the head of direction of TV4 it could put Sweden in a bad
spot but what does get placed in the newspaper are unconfirmed
accusations like that we are supposedly wanted by Interpol and the
children have had no form of education. This all was of course bizarre,
false and not true Of course. We never had a problem with any
authorities and the kids were always provided with education.
What
was said to be just one single weekend lasts almost 3 months and the
only contact we have with our children is by phone. We have no right to
visit and can not see our children.
Karlstad, Sweden September
30, 2013, the first trial almost three months later progressing
disastrous the social worker´s attitude remains extremely
unprofessional towards us but also to our children. The fact in this
case stays that there was no proof of the charges and that we could
refute and prove everything was a lie and that their opinion was based
on town gossip and smelled a lot like racism.
Karlstad Sweden
October 11, 2013 , the decision of the judge . Surprised everyone he
releases my oldest daughter, and my 16 year old son and 13 year old
daughter are free to go back home with us and return to the Netherlands .
However, my daughter of 7 and son of 10 are required to stay in Sweden.
Goteborg,
Sweden 16 January. The appeal takes place at the Supreme Court
Kammarrätten in Goteborg . Only me who drove no less than 1,600
kilometers drive is actually on time. The lawyers and social workers are
two hours late so the time of the lawsuit got shorter word. Again
outrageous accusations without any proof are being spoken of and I
barely get a chance to defend myself.
Goteborg
Sweden January 31, 2014 . The higher court decides and the statement is
that my two children will stay in Sweden for a further period of six
months without any visitation rights or the ability to see my kids.
Nothing changes everything stays the same.
There are a few
conclusions to this case, it makes no sense, it is purely a witch hunt
for a Dutch family , the cries of racism and prejudice show us what kind
of country Sweden is. They also do something that is forbidden by
Europe and the Swedish court is violating the European laws against
Article 6 of the Human Rights and many other laws seem to have no
meaning in Sweden.
This case should never have taken place, since
we are no Swedish citizens and we were never registered in Sweden. We
were just tourists from Holland who had a vacation house there but we
guess that there are more things that never see the light of day in
Sweden. I hope our story opens the eyes of every one about the
corrupt practices in Sweden and that they will be taken under the
microscope. The organization "defense for children" stands fully behind
us, and they find this thing so absurd that media attention is certainly
needed. Our children need to go back to their own country and family so
they can continue with their lives and our endless grief finally stops.
Links of Swedish newspapers also guilty of defamation in this way of gossip journalism .
Thank
you very much for your kind email, we do everything we can as a family
to get this story out in the open. We already contacted Ruby and hope
she will reply very soon. Our situation
has been going on already for 7 months now and while we are from
Holland living in Belgium and were only on vacation in Sweden we still
don´t have our 2 smallest children back they are still suffering and
fighting their battle against those manipulative monsters of foster
parents who brainwash and poison their thoughts wit the stockholmsyndrom
method most foster parents in Sweden use.
My children are not my
children any more its like they are empty inside and that reflects
through their eyes. We only have the chance to talk to them twice a week
on skype and those 20 minutes save them from being totally brainwashed
but I wonder for how long they can keep up resisting against the foster
parents.
I hope there is a way in which you can help, at least by making this story public with as much media attention that is possible.
Paula CcmWoww,
Sweden is a really scary place. There was another case involving an
italian politician (The colosante case). That had a better ending. How
can you live there, my god
Christopher C M WarrenFrankly,
it's not a lot better in my homeland - it's the general trend
throughout the West, and is the barometer of just how fascistic our
nations have become. What's worse, is that these victims get recycled
into the pedophile networks patronised by people in high positions but
the ordinary Joe in the street is too brainwashed and dumbed down to
belief anything like this is possible
Christopher C M WarrenI
wouldn't count on i for long (unless masses of people stand up and
SHOUT LOUD), this is a globalist trend and agenda for world dictatorship
that is being pressed everywhere.

don't know. I am not sure people will buy it, it is a very different

cant picture a woman in Brasil having her kids strip from her without a
huge noise.

NCHR For the protection of Family Rights in the Nordic countries Secretary General of the Council of Europe Mr Thorbjørn Jagland Avenue de l'Europe F - 67075 Strasbourg Cedex France December 10, 2012 cm@coe.int
Report: Child Removal Cases in Sweden and the neighbouring Nordic countries
Honourable Mr Secretary General, Honourable Committee of Ministers, We, the undersigned, lawyers, former judges and law professors, professor of psychology and investigating psychologists, medical doctor in Sweden, including the lawyers, members of the Steering Committee of The Nordic Committee for Human Rights - NCHR - For the protection of family rights in the Nordic countries (Nordiska Kommittén för Mänskliga Rättigheter - NKMR - För skydd av familjers rättigheter i de nordiska länderna), are hereby sending this request to the Council of Europe, the Minister Committee and the European Parliament for a thorough investigation of the very prevalent and destructive Child Removal Cases that are being practiced, on a daily basis, in the neighbouring Nordic countries. All of the judges, lawyers and law professors, professor of psychology and investigating psychologists and the medical doctor who endorse this report have worked with and publicly addressed the issue of the child removal cases and the NKMR/NCHR has participated actively in the government's "New plan of action for Human Rights 2006 - 2009", (Ny handlingsplan för de mänskliga rättigheterna 2006 - 2009), which is still in progress. From our professional experiences, it appears that mostly young, sole parent families, economically and educationally weaker families, families with health challenges and immigrant parents are targeted by the social services in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Also parents with religious and philosophical beliefs, which do not seem to be politically accepted, are often deemed as unsuitable parents, which invariably leads the social councils, acting upon the advice of the social workers, to remove the children from their families and place them in foster homes. However, even highly educated parents with high-profile professions have experienced social workers' interference in their private and family lives. Since the beginning of the 1980's, a great number of families have fled from Sweden in order to protect their children from being taken into care and placed in foster homes.1 Many

It should also be noted, that lawyers in Sweden who believe in the rule of law and the supremacy of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and who work conscientiously to protect the rights of their clients, are harassed and persecuted by the staff in the administrative court system. At the outset, we hereby request that we, the undersigned, should be granted a personal meeting with the Council of Europe, so that we can give you a briefing of the situation in Sweden and the Nordic countries. The number of signatories to this application makes it impractical for all of us to meet up at the Council of Europe, therefore we invite the Council of Europe to designate a Committee, for eg the Torture Committee, to meet with us in Gothenburg, Sweden for the purpose of find remedies for the non-existing Child-friendly Justice system in Sweden and the Nordic countries.
Background
Since the beginning of the 20th Century, Sweden and the Nordic countries all have laws which give the social welfare authorities the power to forcibly remove children from the care of their parents - on what appears to be arbitrary grounds - and place them in foster homes, or institutions, among total strangers. From 1920 to the present day, more than 300 000 children in Sweden have been removed from their homes and placed in compulsory foster care. The statistics for Norway, Finland and Denmark are a little lower. In 1957, the young and intrepid journalist, Ms. Lillemor Holmberg, wrote several articles about the Blomqvist family in the municipality of Vetlanda, whose eight (8) children had been removed from their home by the social services and placed in secret foster homes far away from their loved ones, hence Vetlandfallet4, the Vetlanda Case. The title of Lillemor Holmberg's first article that was published in a magazine is "Legaliserade barnarov", (Legalised kidnappings). The following year, 1958, Ms Lillemor Holmberg6 published her article, and the late Professor Halvar Sundberg7 wrote his commentary: "Ett hems undergång i folkhemmet" (The destruction of a home in the welfare state). Both pieces were highly critical of the procedures employed by the state to remove the Blomqvist children from their home and break up their family. Ten years later, in 1967, the publicist, Mr Jan Gillberg, interviewed Ms Holmberg on the topic of the Vetlanda Case. In the interview, "En mor frågar samhället: Var finns mina fem barn? 8" (A mother asks the state: Where are my five children?), Ms Holmberg quoted Ms Ulla Lindström, a government minister, who in a recorded conversation, said: "This is a scum family and they stick together like a clan!" ("den här familjen är ju tattare och håller ihop som en klan!") We have focused here on the Blomqvist Case that took place in 19579 in order to show that the taking of children into public care by the social authorities in Sweden and placing them in foster homes is nothing new, but instead, a long standing practice.
