Sture Bergwall, formerly Thomas Quick, sign Forensic Psychiatric Clinic in Sater to the Ombudsman because carers övervakaat the visits he received from journalists
Sture Bergwall writes in his report that carers supervised the interviews that journalists do to him in prison, and that it is not stated any reasons for this. Sture Bergwall believes that monitoring is contrary to the Board's regulations and the law on psychiatric care.
